"This would be a great place to live if it had better management... they are so unprofessional incompetent and lazy. How on earth do you answer the phone by calling me another tenant's name and just start talking about the business you have with them? She literally picked up and said "Hey Ashley..." I said "My name isn't Ashley" this woman really said "You're not calling about the child support for..." I should NOT know the information I do about that household. The last I checked when you answer a business line there is a certain level of professional decorum to follow "Hello Ablett Village,_ speaking, how many I help you?" Would greatly suffice.. hopefully the people that take over do better. I truly love my little apartment but it needs work and it will never get done with these people that are in charge... here's an example of what they call taking care of my bathroom roof that mold started growing in. As you can see they never finished and it's begun to come back. They didn't even remove the tiles and wood of the walls just put a plastic similar to bathfitter over it all making the perfect environment for the mold to grow underneath. I'm too embarrassed to post my kitchen ceiling that they "fixed" after it flooded from the pipe disconnecting from the bath tub above. The management team should have to live like this since they think it's OK for us."

"Well, I can't seem to get anything fixed in My Place by Maintenance. It's been about 2 or 3 years with the same problem, the light fixture in the kitchen that's connected to the Ceiling need to be Replaced, Water in the Tub has been running for at least 2 years and I was told by the Asst. Manager that Our Ducts (Heater) has Never been Cleaned which is a Serious problem, We need them Cleaned..Thank You.. Mary Ann Mitchell"
