"Everyone at the front is extremely rude. Even the security who sits at front. They rush you and 90% of the time don’t give you the full information. I have been lied to several of times. I was told last week my application which was turned in, in oct, was being reviewed. Today I was told it hasn’t been looked at. Then she hung up on me. No goodbye, no have a nice day. Just UNPROFESSIONAL!! It’s so sad to see how they treat people who are only going to them for help."
