Spine Up

"What started out as a wonderful experience quickly went downhill. At first I was ready to give them a 5 star review (7/1/2021) up until 7/21/2021. My husband was in a car accident over 7 years ago and still experienced occasional pain. I talked him into going to the chiropractor because I always had good experience there. Keven wanted to see his original MRIs from 2014 after the car crash, but we hadn't been able to find them yet. So, Keven started treating him anyway. The treatments were to be gentle and light at first until he saw that MRI. However on 7/20/21 Keven did such a fierce adjustment that my husband was in SEVERE pain no more than 10 minutes after the adjustment. That night, we left a message on their voice mail and never got a call back. I called Keven's office 4 times per day every day after this treatment with NO RETURN CALL. The following 5 days, he was in the ER twice, Urgent care twice, and the doctor's office 3 times. We still never got a phone call back from Keven's office. Finally, I was able to reach the receptionist who scheduled him for an appointment that day to talk to Keven. He scheduled an MRI for us. After the results for the MRI were given, Keven told my husband that this was a "degenerative problem and it would have happened sooner or later" ... I couldn't believe it. My husband was still on high dose pain killers and sent to a pain specialist doctor. At that doctor's office we learned that although there are some degenerative changes in my husband's spine, he has 3 herniated discs that the pain doctor told us were caused by a "strong chiropractic adjustment". We got another MRI done, at the request of his primary care doctor. The actual written report from this MRI says "C5 - C7 Disc herniation due to severe forced trama!" My husband has now lost his job because of this problem as he is unable to work due to the pain. We lost our insurance due to this problem. Keven cancelled all of our upcoming appointments ... Even mine ... This wasn't right. Finally, the pain medication that my husband was put on and his high blood pressure caused by the pain, caused a heart attack. Now he is down even longer. Neither Keven nor his staff has called to check on my husband to see how he is. It is like we were just written off. I would think that if Keven cared at all about his patients, he would have contacted us to see how he is doing. But, we received nothing. This is not fair. Up until this treatment, my husband was functioning fine and working regularly. Now he is facing surgery on his spine, cannot work, lost insurance and has put a great amount of stress on our family. Now almost 2 years later, my husband had to have spine surgery to correct the problem of this traumatic and completely irresponsible chiropractic adjustment. We NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THIS OFFICE TO EVEN SEE HOW HE WAS!! He has permanent damage due to this poor doctor! Update 11/27/2023. Well after losing 3 jobs due to this injury, my husband had is spine repaired and is finally back to work. He will have a permanent disability for the rest of his life, but at least we found someone to care of him while he was suffering from this damage caused by this office."

"This is more than just a chiropractor office, they have many other treatments such as stem, traction, roller tables, lidocaine injections and more. I have been coming almost a year after a car accident injury (on top of previous injuries) left me with chronic pain and painful flare ups 2 or more times a week. Dr. Todd, Dr. Kevin, and Dr. Ryan are the best, they are able to do X-rays at the clinic and also have a computerized digital system to precisely customize therapy for each patient. The whole staff is very caring and friendly. They stay on top of the latest treatments and can also recommend exercises for home. I'm very happy with the services."
