"The lady named Tuesday, (Does scheduling for pet scans) Is the MOST RUDEST lady I've ever dealt with. She spoke to me as if I was a child And even YELLED at me ALL THREE TIMES that I HAD TO talk to her!!!! I have never, ever in my lifetime, and I'm in my 50's, had to deal with somebody this irate and rude and ask me, "what does it matter" when I'm asking her questions about the test because of my fear of claustrophobic. She really needs a different job if thats how she is, probably no one would hire her if they knew how she treated people!!!!! Please CCC address this lady or better yet, relpace her with someone that knows how to speak to people WITHOUT YELLING AT THEM!!!!! The girl that checked me out, (The computers were down so she couldn't even schedule people, which is understandable,) was so busy doing her own personal things like snacking and scrolling on her phone, She didn't even give me the instructions to do before the pet scan which is VERY IMPRORTANT She was supposed to give me an instruction sheet for the testing!!!!! Also when you call to talk to someone in prior authorization the phone just goes to a fast busy signal ?? Love the Doctor but I think it's time to find a new one."
