"I went here to file extended eligibility for my mom bcause she got sick last april 2023 and got liver failure last june and went to a liver transplant.after short term disability I went to submit the form extended eligibility on last july 2023. And I call them on nov.29 and found out the form is just sittin over there and they did nothing.they told me they just gonna forward it to the department that handles it that day.Now we're losing my mom's eligibility by the end of the month!"
"I'm very disappointed in this system I have a disability I was put on my mom health insurance for dental a when I was young they taken me off it as I was growing up we never knew I could be still on her dental plan I'm very dissatisfied with this system we even went back in the union to try to get me back on but no luck I gave them a diagnosis letter back when I was first diagnosis and that wasn't good enough I hope the owner reads this but I believe in karma ☹️"
"Customer service building has about 40 seats, very similar to the DMV setup. They also have a vending machine for sodas & had some Halloween treats at the check in area. Person helping me was patient & answered my questions about the paperwork."
