"Edit: Master Locksmith continues the scam because they claim the invoice provided does not contain their name. Hence, it's not their responsibility. I was only contacted by their locksmith after contacting the number on THEIR WEBSITE. Horrible company and horrible customer service. Original Review: They charged me 500$ for a new lock on my mailbox. This is absurd. This was not even a last-minute call. I called a day ahead at that. The person who showed up, Keran, even had the audacity to ask that I call him personally instead of the company because it’s only the company that charges so high, and he would charge 3X less. He didn’t even have the lock on hand and had to leave for around 20 minutes to get some other lock. Half a grand for a regular lock on a mailbox is a scam. Avoid this so-called service at all cost."

"I understand that I am paying for someone to help me out and I am paying for experience, tools, quick response etc.. I could of called the non emergency line and had the police unlock my car but their time is not for this so I chose to call the first locksmith that popped up on google… to be charged 300$ is insanity though. The gentleman who helped me was absolutely great and very nice and I know he doesn’t make the prices but for the guy I spoke with on the phone to tell me $300 is the best he could do is just ridiculous. The young man who helped me didn’t show up in a marked van like on their website so I would love to know where the $80 service fee went to bc I don’t think it went to his gas or the service of his vehicle. 300$ is just criminal. Again no problems with the young man who helped me. I paid the $300. I signed the invoice."

"I had bought a fingerprint lock online last summer in middle of pandemic, and after trying and failing to install this "easily installed lock" I called Master locksmith to install. I hadn't wanted anyone to come to my home due to Covid concerns. When she arrived she followed CDC recommendations and made me feel comfortable. She arrived within an hour and got the get job done fast. She was pleasant and explained the job well. I would definitely use her again. I unfortunately forgot her name. Work was completed 8/19/2020."
