"Beth provided the worst customer service I have ever had. She insisted I use the counter service instead of the fully available self-service kiosk, then refused to even try printing and mailing my document. Her demeanor was hostile and passive aggressive. I can only hope she sees the (many) complaints against her, specifically, this location has and either a) become competent at her job or b) at least be nice about not knowing how to perform her job. Ideally, she would do both."

"David and Terrance gave great customer service today! I had ordered some enclosure cards for work through Canva, and there was a miscommunication from Canva and although we paid for envelopes, our need for them wasn't communicated to the FedEx team. Without missing a beat, David went to the back and grabbed them for me without any issues. Thank you for the help!"

"This location has gone down hill. I came yesterday to pick up 2 packages and they said they only had one. I received a text after making it home to find out after I tracked the package, it was at the store when I was there before. Upon arriving today, Assistant manager David came and used the register I was standing at didn’t speak or even acknowledge my presence and continued working on whatever envelope he was working on to beat the pickup driver. His hesitation and interaction with the pickup driver seemed as if he didn’t want to have to communicate with him either. Eventually someone came and helped me, but offered to collect/scan the package from the person behind me and apologized to me for the wait. I’ve been picking up from this location for 7+ years and believe that I should choose a different shipper for my business. I no longer feel valued based off not only today’s encounter but also previous experiences. They have the nerve to have a trophy on the counter saying “Top performing store”"

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting this FedEx location in and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my package was handled with care. The store was clean, well-organized, and well-lit, making the entire experience stress-free. I was in and out in no time, and the staff even offered to help me carry my packages to my car. I highly recommend this FedEx location to anyone in the area. Five stars and a big thumbs up from this satisfied customer!"

"My daughter went in to pick up prints she purchased on line. There was 1 person waiting to ship something, but she was having issues finding the shipping address. David, an assistant manger walked to the back when she entered. He was on the print side. He then proceeded to wipe or polish a long rod, and never greeted her or asked if she needed assistance. He finally got up off of the floor when I entered the store. I went in because she sent me a text. It was snowing outside and I asked if he had anything to protect the prints and he said no. I have purchased prints from there and they came in a box. There is NO WAY this guy should be managing anything!"
