"I don’t understand the bad reviews; this place is not bad at all. The receivers are outstanding! They are very friendly and helpful. If you are delivering, backing to door is very easy. I hit the door and they immediately started to unload me. As for directions, I-44W to exit 285, turn RT at stop sign( the cross street has a stop sign also, which makes it easier) go under bridge and make first RT. Stay left and go through the gate to the one way road. Receiving is down the drive on the right. If there is a truck in the door, look to the right, There is parking for one truck there. If it’s already occupied, Go around and park in the front. Don’t break seal. They will do it. Yes, beware of four wheelers going wrong direction."

"Constant problems with Provi - their online ordering system. We placed an order for a wedding client for a beer (Yuengling Flight) that they don’t even carry - the Miller distributor has it here in Columbia, yet the order (#23009384) went thru. When it wasn’t delivered, you get a shoulder shrug. We’re a small venue account. Since being bought out, “Major Brands” has gone downhill faster and with less control than a Jamaican bobsled. In addition, trying to call today to discuss the issue, 10/6/23, at 9:30am, their phone system is down. This place doesn’t appear to have its act together. As a reminder, the we landed a probe ON A COMET!!! several years ago. And yet ordering beer here on Earth from Breakthru Beverage is hard. All this frustration aside, they are nice people."

"Cramped complex, cramped neighborhood. When you get off the I44, it's a quick turn to the right just after passing the overpass. Miss it, and you will have hell to pay circling back here so DON'T MISS IT. You will see the "Major Brands" sign just after going through the overpass. Plenty of signs in the facility telling you where to go. Recommend parking your truck before trying to enter the 1-way truck lane because they will make you circle around and park in front of the facility regardless. Early unload, quick unload. The receiving dock is to your right when you enter the 1-way lane. You can pull forward and straight-line back onto the dock. Easy as pie unless they have you unload somewhere else. If you are picking up from here, i feel kinda sorry for you because you might have to blindside back into the dock at a sharp angle unless they allow you to come in from the other end of the 1-way truck lane. Careful when you pull into the one-way truck lane because there are lazy employees that come out of there with their cars rather then circling around the building like they should."

"Had 12pm appt. Showed at up 11am. Checked in at the receiving office. Waited at their back parking area for about 15 min. Then I was called to back to their dock.. I was unloaded by 12pm.. very polite and informative gentleman at the receiving office.. thank you"
