"I’ve had one bad experience after another at the Kirkwood Target. Unfortunately, the store seems to be very poorly managed. Rude employees, excessive wait-times for drive up orders, consistent failure to answer incoming calls from customers, and unhelpful, sometimes rude, managers. I have never encountered any of these problems at the Rusty Road Target, where I normally shop. Something really should be done about the Kirkwood location as they are damaging Target’s good reputation."
"Clean store. Lots of staff. Good inventory. Great pick up curbside options- it gets busy midday-later afternoon so if you can go in the morning it’s much quicker. You can also add a Starbucks item to your curbside pickup which is always great."
"The Kirkwood Target is one of my favorite stores to shop. It is a busy store but well stocked with essentials. I wish that they would carry more producs such as meats and vegetables. I like that they have a pharmacy and starbucks inside. I have always found what I wanted at this location."
"I went to the self checkout and the person who was there was extremely rude to me when I was unsure how to proceed with security tags. She snapped at me more than once and was very unkind to me. On top of that, the place was incredibly messy and finding my size with the mess was incredibly difficult."
