"Twice we have been to the Alpine Shop and both times the staff was AWESOME! I was getting fit for ski boots and this time, Shannon was awesome! She took her time, allowed me to ask questions, feel out the boots, teach me about different styles and features, and gave me time to determine what felt best. She was really patient and I truly appreciate how helpful they are every time we go! When spending a significant amount of money, it’s nice to see how helpful and considerate the staff is of their customers. My husband dropped skis for new bindings as well and despite what is the week before the holiday, they told us they could fit us in for a repair! Their willingness to go above and beyond is clear! Not to mention, they have a great selection from Patagonia and Northface to 686 and Burton. A++++"
