"While I was shopping in the store, the workers at the counter were having loud conversations with other patrons regarding their opinions on how ridiculous it is to ask for others pronouns or gender identities. Their dismissal of gender identities that could easily be heard to anyone in the store made me uncomfortable as a customer. I will not be returning and will encourage those in Kirkwood to avoid this business."
