Once Upon A Child - Kirkwood

"I came in 15 minutes before the buy counter closed. I travel quite a distance to frequent this location. Sadly this will be the last time I come here. I was told by the staff member Mackenzie that they were done buying for the day. When I asked if this information was in any way accessable via the website she advised no. That they didn't have access to the website. So then how is it someone who travels should know these things. She said she usually tells people to call ahead. Ok. But when they are already there and wasted their time and gas to get here then what. She simply said they advise customers as they arrive. I'm giving this business one star because there is no way to leave zero. Here's my issue when there are little to no customers inside the store what you are telling a customer when you do this is you don't appreciate their business. And Once Upon a Child has made a lot of money off of me over the years. This is completely unacceptable because a staff member didn't want to do theiir job."

"I’ve only shopped here three times on the recommendation from my daughter-in-law. They have toys, books, shoes, strollers and many other items. There is usually lots of clothes to choose from, which is what I was looking for. Prices are typically decent. But some clothing items are priced a bit higher than deserved. They do have a great rewards Program- and no hassle returns if needed. I will definitely shop here for my growing grandson’s needs- and I recommend them"

"My God daughter and I went here yesterday to find some baby items. This store had everything for kids of all ages and sizes. There was clothes, shoes, toys, books and gently used bedding, strollers and other baby items. The prices were very reasonable and they also had name brand items. Coming here, you'll have to take your time to go through the racks of clothing as it's a lot to choose from. There's ample parking as this lot shares parking with other businesses."
