Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"Was doing dinner solo and at the beginning everything was good, serving was fast, food was as requested and delicious. When I finished and paid my bill the receipt came out blank, literally I stood next to my table 20 mins waiting fir the server to show again and everyone passing by ignoring me and never offered to help. Even I asked three times for the copy of my receipt to other servers, none bothered to help snd just offered to wait, was unhappy."

"We put ourselves on the waiting list before arriving. Wait time said 1-10 minutes, we arrived 7 minutes later. Waited almost 30 to be seated. The lady checking us in had awful demeanor, and a rude tone. Our waitress was okay. Neutral, really. She wasn't nice, but wasn't rude either. She did her job correctly - but didn't smile or seem like she wanted to be there. ( Heck, I don't blame her.. she had to work with the awful hostess) The food was 50/50. We ordered 4 meals. 2 of them were good ( gnocchi soup + spaghetti ) 2 of them were not. The chicken tortellini Alfredo+ Chicken Alfredo w/ spaghetti - the pasta and sauce were good however the chicken was like rubber. No one could eat it."

"After our experience, my mom and I decided it was our last time coming to Olive Garden. The noodles were very dry and stiff. We both asked for extra cheese sauce after receiving our plates. The flavor was very bland. Our salads were not replaced. They kept bringing out bread sticks nobody wanted. I asked for medium well steak and got a well-done piece of dry leather...and it was tiny. The only cut of steak offered is low budget sirloin. I kept having to keep remind the waitress about the shredded cheese multiple times. The best item I had was the peach bellini. We waited 1.5 hr for the check because she had the orders messed up. I won't come here again."

"Caution food allergy: They do have a gluten free option. Ordered online (online order shows gluten free), however the noodles were standard noodles (gluten). The receipt with the food shows standard rotini noodles. Unfortunately I ate half of it when I realized they were standard noodles. Fortunately I don't have an allergy but I'll have a bad next day or two. Might recommend others to avoid if ordering curbside/take out if you have food sensitivities. Calling in waited 20+ minutes and was placed on hold twice. Instead we went with online ordering. Tried calling after I realized the issue and after 25 minutes on hold I hung up. Also, this much broccoli for $2.99? Basically a dollar per broccoli head. A bit steep in my opinion."

"It was really good experience with Olive Garden. Staff were really polite and helpful. Manager was asking about the food in between. They actually take care of customers. We ordered 2-3 Items for dinner including Stuffed Ziti Fritta which was mouthwatering. And Grilled Chicken Margarita served with broccoli was so fresh and juicy. It Was so tempting. Also try Bellini Peach- Raspberry Iced tea. Their mozzarella Breadsticks and salad was tempting. Must Try"
