"I ordered online and picked up at the natural bridge location in St. Louis North county. The pizza was the Philly cheesesteak and it was excellent. My go-to pizza!"

"I ordered the Buffalo hot wings. I got chicken wings with a bit of hot sauce splashed across them. What happened to mixing the wings in the sauce? I ordered a Sprite. I received a Dasani water instead and was told they were out of soda. I understand that but don't just send whatever you want. 8/19/22 I tried to give Domino's another shot but at some point you have to just give up. I ordered online, that went fine. The pizza comes with extra cheese but there was definitely not extra cheese on the pizza. That's a big deal for me because I have to have extra cheese on my pizza. I received a call from Domino's at 3:40pm saying the order was out for delivery. It took just about an hour from that time for me to receive the order, even though the website showed the order was delivered at about 4pm. I assume the time was manipulated to make the delivery time seem faster than it was. And of course my pizza was cold when I finally got it. I gave up on Pizza Hut and I am going to do the same with Domino's."

"Too many messed up orders from this location. I will not be back. why have an area for feedback on the app if not going to ever care about what is written. This time my chicken had so much sauce on it that there was no way to enjoy it. last order they gave me wrong salad. had an order a few back when I ordered an extravaganzza and what I got was a pepperoni mushroom. Left negative feedback in the app several times and never heard back on an of them. why ask for feedback? I won't be back again."
