"I went through the drive thru before work, and was actually shocked at the service and speed (I don’t expect much from any establishment anymore). The man at the speaker was very polite and kind (actually greeted me, repeated my order, was friendly) and the woman at the window (her name was Tara) was just as sweet! My drink order was correct and I was in and out of the parking lot in about 4 minutes. Very thankful on a Monday morning before a long day!"
"I have been to the majority of Starbucks in the St. Louis area. I enjoy this particular location. It is a newer cafe, and the interior has a pleasant ambiance and modern vibe. I've been coming here for a little over a year now, and the service has always been friendly and prompt, the cafe and restrooms are well-maintained, and I have never had any issues with my orders. Thanks!"
"I absolutely love this location! I stop by every morning before work to get my iced latte and they have remembered my name and greet me every single time by name. Makes me feel famous lol. I live in st Charles and could easily stop at another Starbucks but I come to this location because of the GREAT store manager and workers. Thank you for making my mornings just that much easier :)"
"Very nice location! Staff greets you when you enter and they take personal interest in the customers. My order was perfect and I didn't have to repeat my name, which rarely happens. Everyone behind the counter was great, but Jose specifically brought a special energy and vibe to the morning. Even the drive-thru customers were getting complimented on their outfits. I'm almost sad I no longer live in the area, now that this location is open."
