"Arrived at the location at 8:00pm 2/26/24. No greeting from anyone. The manager was in the back busy, which is understandable. However there was a person in the preparation area who ignored me. I stood in the lobby for over 15 minutes. No orders waiting and he was simply walking back and forth… avoiding taking my order. the gentleman I’m assuming got frustrated that I didn’t leave and finally came to the cash register. Still no hello how can I help you? Sorry for the delay…nothing … As he stood staring at me, I asked if they were closing soon and he mumbled something and shook his head. Obviously he did not want my business, I left immediately. Today, 2/27/24, I went to a different location in Creve Coeur . Completely opposite experience!!! Arrived again at 8:00pm after work, immediately received a greeting when I opened the door, placed my order. My order was ready exactly in 10 minutes and exactly as I ordered it. Perfect!!! I will continue to go to the Creve Coeur location and avoid this location."

"Ordered my food and drove there to pick up only to see a closed sign pasted on the window. Why would u take an order and not finish. Why not stop taking orders and finish the ones ordered before closing early. I did not even get a message they were closing after I ordered. This was hours before supposed to close"
