"I placed an order online for pickup and the Richmond heights Menards and they filled my order quick. I was not able to make it for a few days and they had no problem holding on to my order. Today I pulled up the the guard shack and the very nice lady scanned me in. I parked at pickup and went inside and a very nice gentleman named John. He scanned my phone found my order pushed it to my work van and loaded it. I told him how nice he was compared to past employees. He also said there has been new management and it's been a vast improvement. The seem to be a very proud employee and there needs to be more of him. I would hire him in a heartbeat. My family is from Eau Claire and I've went to Menards my whole childhood. I'm happy menards is in St. Louis but just needs a to figure out how to get more of the market. My only real advice is the layout of your stores are not the most efficient for contractors wanting to get in and out quick."
