"I've been here a few times now and don't know that I'd come back. If you are looking for higher end appliances, this is a great place to shop for deals. For me, on each occasion I was just looking for regular kitchen appliances. The selections were small and higher price than I'd expect at an outlet. Service is hit and miss. One time, everyone was busy and no one was able to help me, but pointed me toward the section I needed. Another time a person helped, but they were a bit bossy. I didn't love it. I have not made any purchases so cannot speak to that."

"Ordered a new fridge online for a price much lower than any competitor. Before confirming shipping, Melissa sent me images of the fridge I had purchased and called me to see if I would like to proceed. There was some cosmetic damage which is common for an item with this big of a discount. I was hesitant to continue but Melissa took it upon herself to find me the exact same model that was in new condition. Rather than charge me the difference in price, Melissa and her GM gave me the fridge in better condition for the same initial price. As somebody furnishing their first home this was extremely helpful and I am grateful for the great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!"
