"Sales staff are amazing to work with....but if something goes wrong with installation or moving management will act in the best interested of the "3rd party" mover. Managers should be retrained on customer service and understand as a "3rd" party you act in the best interested of the customer or report it to movers insurance. Would not recommend to any property investors/managers or house owners. Save the hassle and time."

"Imagine going to a restaurant that seats 120 and you have to wait to be seated. Once seated, the server asks your beverage choice along with option to purchase appetizers or get right to the Entrée ( oh, my bad only 20 in the restaurant ). Along with your beverage comes your food and five minutes later your check...all within under an hour. Can you relax and take in the scenery in the building without having to be rushed through your dining experience?!?! Salesperson couldn't give my wife and me any chance to view anything and carefully select the right appliance without having to return said purchase!! There's a sign on the door saying they have the right to refuse service. Give people a moment to see what's available without the high-pressure sales tactics because I have the right to shop other stores. All-n-all the delivery guys were awesome...thank you delivery guys"

"I was looking for a dryer found one online & called Melissa (store clerk) she was helpful I went in & purchased it & it was delivered next day Easy & fast The delivery & installation men were great too Unfortunately there was a problem the dryer was making a noise I spoke to Melissa in the service dept She was very helpful & well organized She had the repair man there the next day He was very good but a new motor was needed to secure no further issues Again within 24 hours the dryer was fixed & ready to go I wilk be back in the future Yes there was an issue but handled professionally & most of all with a quick resolution Great customer service from all Thanks!"
