We are thrilled to welcome you to our tribe and are grateful for your support. We love showcasing our work through pictures and appreciate your booking with us.

Please note that we require a non-refundable deposit for each appointment to secure your slot, which will go towards your balance. Appointments made without a deposit will be cancelled. We kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests to your appointment, and children are only allowed if they are also receiving services.

If you are running late, we offer a 15-minute grace period before we may ask you to reschedule. We strive to be efficient and appreciate your understanding. During your appointment, please keep your hands free and refrain from using speakerphone or speaking loudly on the phone.

When booking services, please include all the services you need so we can properly prepare for your appointment. Fill-ins are at the discretion of our nail technicians, and you may be advised to soak off nails for a new set.
