"My boyfriend and I had viewed these apartments and the resident manager was really nice, told us it shouldn’t be a problem to be approved and said if we don’t get approved they would offer us a co signer or to pay more deposit which was no problem. I was trying to contact them everyday for about two weeks being consistently told that everything looked good and we should be approved. I got a call every other day because they don’t answer the phone that something else was needed for our application (which cost both of us $70) just to hear after 2 weeks we were denied because of “credit” but when I called the credit check company they said my information on my file was incorrect and it was up to the apartment manager to fix it. It was never fixed and I have been ignored every call and email since then. They simply deleted our application with no explanation or offering us a co-signer or extra deposit as they promised. They are extremely unprofessional and do not care about wasting potential residents time and money. Completely do not recommend."
