"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The rooms and property were clean enough but we could tell they were aging a bit. We also had the same problem as many other reviewers where the door to the did not seal and left a large crack to the hallway which let any sound in. Our shower wall also had a crack running from a screw at the top to around waist high. The front desk staff was pleasant to work with and took care of any issue that we had. My wife did have a somewhat negative experience with the barista at the bistro the first morning we were there. I'll surmise that encounter by saying the barista could have been more patient with questions regarding the availability of certain drinks as compared to a typical Starbucks location."

"The staff was very polite and informative. The room had a very tall ceiling and was clean. My stay was pleasant and comfortable. The team not only knew the hotel and their job but informed me of the area and the opening times at the airport. They assisted me not only with my stay but the travel as well."

"I made my reservation several weeks ago. My family all needed a place to stay for the night on thanksgiving. This group was made up of 7 adults and one baby. I was able to book a double bed suite that had an attached living room with fold out bed and kitchenette, and a separate double bed room that was supposed to be right next to the suite. I called after I was done making my online reservation to confirm our booking and the lady told me that we were all set. We arrived late in the evening on the day of thanksgiving with an exhausted baby and the rest of our group. When we arrived they told us that they had double booked and that all they had available was two rooms that had double beds. After I was visibly distressed and unsure of where we were going to put everyone the man at the desk offered us a complimentary king bed room (not a suite). So we took that offer knowing there was no other way we all would have had somewhere to sleep. Once we got to the rooms we were disgusted at the shape, the carpets were stained and the bathrooms were disgusting, one of the bathrooms even had HAIR all over the floor. The other bathrooms floors were covered in stains and appeared as if they had not been mopped in months. We are extremely disappointed with this stay as we had been looking forward to it and needless to say it was far below our expectations. Thankfully we only had to stay here one night and then we got to leave. No one dared use the showers as who knows the last time they were cleaned. I called the manager yesterday to let them know about our stay and left a message, no one ever got back with me. I’ve stayed at Marriott’s many many times it is our choice hotel when we are traveling, but this location was far below any standards of any of the Marriotts that we have seen."
