"We booked this hotel for a weekend getaway. The rooms are good, beds not as good. My daughter wanted to go swimming, but the pool room was like a refrigerator. I Mentioned it to staff and they didn't seem concerned of it. Overall comfortable hotel, but service wasn't great. Breakfast was pretty decent."

"I stayed here with my family while searching for apartments in Springfield. The rooms and amenities are about what you'd expect for the price, cozy, quiet. They had handicap accessible rooms available and they're pet friendly (for a small fee). But the staff. The staff was fantastic! Becky at the front counter was a joy to talk to, and the room service lady (didn't get her name, she had long blonde hair) was very friendly. They all made you feel welcome. Top that off with a good location. Chesterfield Village is a neat little area in Springfield with plenty to do and eat in walking distance, and easy driving access to everything else you'd want to do. 5 star experience. Highly recommend."

"It's not a bad place to stay overall. Rooms were decent size but many things need updated. Bed wasn't as comfortable as we would like but they were doable. The location was in a great area. The service wasn't bad."
