"Terrible customer service and dangerous food practices. Last time I went I got a cookie covered in mold. I went back in and the entire case of them were moldy. I tried again today and got mac and cheese bites. I asked if they had bacon since I’m vegetarian and they assured me they didn’t. I got home and they’re full of bacon. I called to let them know and they didn’t even offer to replace them. I’ll be going out of my way to avoid this dump"

"Ok so having the app has been covered, everyone hates it. No hot food with a an entire community that relied on it. Yes I hated the long lines before from people taking 10 minutes to pick out their chicken dinner, but I’ll take them back anyday. This was a horrible idea for this area that needed the gas station that was there. Please bring it back and the pizza too if it’s not too much trouble. I will go out of my way for what I need to avoid going back."

"We used to love this gas station before it turned into West. We lived a mile away and went almost every day (and sometimes multiple times a day) for one thing or another. When it switched over to West I gave it a chance. Many chances actually. Half the time the app would get the charges correct and the other half it wouldn't. It was a hassle, but you could send them a message and they'd fix it. This last time, however, we were overcharged to the tune of over $20. After many messages back and forth, my daughter was able to get only about $6 back, so I told the kids that that was it, we are DONE with this gas station! And perhaps it was partially our fault. My son and daughter both used their own app. I thought we stayed far enough apart while shopping and exiting that we'd be okay. We weren't. My son bought a ton of junk food to take to school the next day for his foreign exchange student friends. My daughter bought a couple things. They were each charged for almost everything they both bought, plus a thing we didn't even buy! And the thing we didn't buy? Egg bites. A hot breakfast item that wasn't even available at 7pm when we were there. Done! Too many other normal gas stations to put up with this hassle. They would have been better off to just fill the whole building with vending machines!"

"Nice guy behind the counter. He’s there to tell you that you need to download an app to shop there. This store is a giant nope for me. Creepy, cold, dystopian. You are required to have a smart phone, their app, and to pay virtually in order to buy anything. They just charge you without you doing anything but holding an item and leaving… you don’t even scan it. Just stopped in super quick to buy a bottle of water for my daughter who was having a coughing fit. Stupid. Will never go there again, left immediately without being able to buy anything. Of course they are trying this right by a high school where kids don’t think twice about participating in a cashless phone required to live society."

"Sure, it’s a new concept with the app. they will definitely get criticism for it but, they said the same about all of the other major apps and stores that use them and now everyone uses it. I think they’d get more people to download the app if they offered discounted items or 0.10 cents off gas/gallon. I’m sure they can figure a way around it. The gentleman working there is super nice and knowledgeable about the area. Give this place a try, the concept is really cool and the store is super sleek and clean."
