Detour Grill and Bar

"The service was great! The breaded mushroom appetizer is very good. The pork nachos had a lot of pork on them. Wish they used real melted cheese instead of cheese sauce on the nachos. The potato soup was okay. The spinach salad was okay. The bacon on the salad was way undercooked. It should be crispy. We were excited to try this place for a new Happy Hour for us, but probably will not return. The place is very popular and busy on a Friday night, but we have other places that are just as good or better and closer to our house. Glad we tried it though."

"My Buffalo chicken sandwich was pretty good. My boyfriend had the fish and liked it as well. All was good until we got home with my son’s to go order of boneless teriyaki wings. They hardly had any sauce at all. They were so dry and overcooked he could only eat about three of them. Pretty disappointing."

"The cheese burgers are all hand pattied and phenomenal. Best burger in the Arnold / Imperial area bar none. I didn't have my phone sorry no pics, but I will be back for the burger and will take some next time. For sure! One more thing that makes detours such a cool and special place is support for their local community. The support they give to fundraisers and the local community is astounding. See pics... They put on events that help change people's lives, after seeing this I will be a loyal customer for now on. They are normally busy. They could have had a normal night and kept all the money, but they didn't. They opened their doors, heart, and wallet to help this young man out. As you can see the turn out was excellent, and it couldn't have been handled any better any place else. I applaud them for their efforts because it was a hectic night that required a lot of work on their part."

"Food quality is very good. Portions are good. Wine sauce could have more wine flavor. Pizza is excellent. The dining room is clean with a modern bar feel."

"Have lived in this part of Jeffco for 22 years and not sure why I have never been to Detour Grill and Bar. The food was amazing. I had a roast beef with provel cheese/au jus & sweet potato fries. Service was great as well, we took the advice of the young man waiting on us & wasn’t disappointed. Can’t wait to try the pizza and wings!"
