"It's not the 1st time this has happened. But I ordered mozzarella sticks and got no sauce. I ordered egg rolls and got no sauce. On those 2 things the sauce is what makes the food good. And we wanted sauce for our chicken sandwich and didn't get it. Or online order receipt says we ordered it. And we reminded them at the window. Manager says I can drive 15min on way back up there for sauce. Then I would have cold food. And wasted my time and gasoline on there mistake. What great customer service!"

"Long wait in drive thru, get to window and girl has no idea what order I placed, so I told her my name and that it was a mobile order. She still asked if it was for Emily. No, it's for Heather. I asked for extra sauce and she claimed they were already in the bag. Not true. Upon arriving home, we realized she did not give us our 3 large shakes. This caused a huge fight at home. The food we received was horrible. The tacos were not full and not appealing. The fries were soggy. The jalapeno poppers were okay. I tried calling the location here and as soon as I mentioned our 3 large shakes were missing, the woman hung up on me. I tried calling the corporate customer service line but it only wanted my info for a stock account. Seriously, Jack N the Box is typically a last resort due to typical poor food quality and the fact that they stopped selling potato wedges. I regret ever placing that order and would like a full refund for this incovenience and the fact that basically half the cost was due to 3 large shakes that we never recieved. It is basically theft when you take money from someone and do not give them a product or service in return. I will tell everyone of this terrible experience and how horrible your customer service is. Hope you all go out of business fast. Will not return! You owe my family $20-$41 btw!!"

"I placed an order through the app, had some other issues which resulted in me getting there 20 minutes after I placed the order, when I got there, my order was already made and had most likely been sitting for 15 minutes, the girl at the counter remade my shakes, but then my fries were cold and my chicken was old. I asked her to replace the fries, which she did, but I didn’t cause an issue about the chicken. There was a family ahead of me who stood at the counter for about 5 or so minutes before anyone came over to take their order. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this jack in the box either. Do better."

"Normally the food is decent. My complaint is I ordered the loaded mini tacos. I got home to find the mini tacos were all burnt. Check your tacos before you leave."

"I used to love this location so much, but the quality of both the food and the service has declined so much that I don’t think I will be giving them another chance. I get that stuff happens but this location has consistently wasted my money almost every single order, and I rarely even go anymore because of it. Even so, it never fails to disappoint. Today I ordered two sausage crescents, one was a meal with coffee and hash browns, and a 3pc popper. I did not receive a hash brown. Instead, I received the two sandwiches, poppers, some kind of wrap that says meat lovers, a junior Jack burger. The eggs on the sandwich were absolutely inedible. The were burnt to a crisp, and were covered in greasy soot, yes SOOT. I unfortunately took a bite before I realized, and was horrified to experience a VERY unpleasant crunch. It tasted like they were cooked in the part of the grill that catches all the little bits of burnt food. For the first time in my life, I called to ask for a refund. The lady told me I have to drive the 30 min back to the store to receive it, which sucks but I didn’t argue. Then she hung up on me. I know 15 dollars may seem like chump change to most, but it isn’t to me. Especially when I have already wasted so much money on previous messed up or inedible orders that I didn’t fuss about. It’s become very obvious they do not practice any sort of quality control and do not check orders before they are sent out. I would not recommend anyone eat here. Please don’t waste your money like I did. I know from experience that service isn’t an easy job, but never in my life would I have served a customer these eggs. Never."
