"Ok let me preface this with - there were only TWO PEOPLE working. The pizza was exceptional as always, however we did not get what we asked for. It was a mix up. I called and they will take care of me on my next visit. Update - they did take care of me. My real question is this: Where are all the kids? And why aren’t they taking up high school jobs to help them start their work histories."

"Austin and his team did an amazing job today! It was a rough day to be a papa johns employee. The computers were down for most of the day and by the time they came back up (around 6pm) literally hundreds of pizza orders had been backlogged and just popped up out of nowhere. It would have sent normal retail workers running for the hills, but Austin and his team handled it like pros. They were knocking out orders as fast as humanly possible. I think the most praiseworthy things was they kept their cool. A lot of customers were behaving like animals and taking out their frustration on the guys working at this establishment, but the employees handled it with grace. Having worked in retail, I can tell you from experience that this is no small feat. Most customers are great, but there are always some entitled Karen's cussing you out and blaming you for things out of your control. The employees however remained calm, composed, and were polite. Once again I just want to say thank you to Austin and his team. I wish you guys well."

"I order from this location fairly regularly. The last four times, the cheesesticks I received were pitiful. The previous four cheesesticks were under cheesed and center loaded with no cheese to edge of dough. The cheesestick I just received tonight was the exact same way except it was a 10" instead of a 12" that I paid for (see pic attached). I don't regularly get vocal about food but this is ridiculous. Buyer beware and check your food before you leave for quality. Reason, this store does not know quality. The manager was not helpful at all."
