CVS

"This is the WORST RX to use. They never have my meds and I have to wait DAYS ....and I mean more them 3 days for my meds to come in. I called their the STUPID AUTOMATED system, it tells me My RX will be ready at 7pm. I call, I waited 38 mins on hold before driving their (STILL ON HOLD) once I got there, I was Still on hold. Mr. RUDE Longponytail guy, comes to help me, I give my info, and THEY HAVE NOTHING, FOR ME! I tell him about auto system, he informs he's made complaints to corporate, well there was only 4 people I saw, I asked about being on hold for 58 mins and 26 seconds and able to drive there, Ponytail guy states THEY AREN'T ANSWERING THE PHONES. Then says my meds aren't in, and they don't know when it's coming,( I call BULL@#%&!) You can bet your last dollar they know which truck, what day and whats on it, but its some lame story they tell customers. I never got an apology or anything close to that for this idiot. So I end the call to them and Let them know, when I finally get me meds, I want Gas Money and an apology. It's the worst RX around, I will be switching to Walmart or Walgreens my meds finally come in."

"CVS advertisers that you don't need appointments to get your flu shot and COVID shot and I was at 3 different CVS including this one and all of them turned me down and turn me away how long with with That they didn't have the medication that I needed. They said it was backordered and had no idea when the medication would arrive. CVS is probably the most poorly run chain that I've ever seen in my life. You need new management in all the stores. It sounds like especially upper management."

"The staff in the pharmacy are friendly and attentive. They have a very stressful job and they are understaffed at times. The Healthcare system in America is ridiculous. But it's not these hard working peoples fault. Please keep that in mind when there's a line or something isn't ready yet."

"Waited 30 minutes in line at the pharmacy, not a big deal. Although there were multiple people gossiping behind the counter and laughing instead of assisting the huge line that had formed. When I got to the front, the pharmacist didn’t greet me and instead aggressively beckoned me. Still no biggie, they were busy. I tell her I need short pen needles for use with insulin pens for my great grandmother (which I have picked up for her countless times before). Before I finish my sentence she interrupts me saying I need a prescription to get them. I go to further explain it’s just the disposable pen needle tops that are available OTC at all pharmacies for about 10 dollars. She continues to interrupt me and have a snotty attitude telling me I have to have a prescription. I left dumbfounded that a pharmacist did not know more information about her job than a family member of a diabetic and drove down the street to Walgreens to pick them up. No issues at all considering a quick google search would have told the cvs pharmacist a prescription is in fact not required to purchase them. Save your time and go to different pharmacy where people know what they’re doing."

"Waited in line for over 30min. For the person working the counter to first tell me she did t have my prescription on file, then she said they were back logged hundreds of orders, next she proceeds to tell me my prescription is expired. I explained it wasn’t expired when I filled the prescription and CVS callled me several times to tell me it was filled. She then Asked me if she wanted me to fax my doctor at almost 8pm. I told her my daughter really needed this medication tonight and she suggested I go to urgent care! HORRIBLY understaffed and unorganized. DO NOT USE this pharmacy. Drive thru is always closed due to not enough workers."
