Very sweet even though the line was long and she was checking out customers by herself. Her customer service was amazing when she could have been frustrated and taken it out on customers."

"Walked in 17 minutes before closing (9:43 on a Sunday) to grab one item for the kitchen. Employees were congregated at the register and hollered, “We close in 5 minutes” as we came through the door. Got back out to the car before realizing it was still only 9:44."

"There is a lot of "stuff" to rummage through, but the good news is... they have just about everything you're looking for in clothing, accessories, housewear, and more. You'll also find a great variety of it for a decent price. The fitting room was not available, and we were encouraged to just buy and return if things don't work out as there is a 30 day return policy. That's fine, but this was a rare occasion when my husband was with me and he wanted to try on some black jeans. He's 65 y/o and isn't into shopping so that was a deterrent for him..hence the four stars instead of five. However, we came, we bought, and "I'll" be back for sure!"

"Since catching fire several years ago, they have not carried nearly as much as the previously did. Right now, with Christmas, almost upon us stuff is pretty picked over. If something is damaged and you are interested in still purchasing, they will usually discount the item. Now the item they discounted for me was only 10% so not really worth it for small ticket items. Line can be long and the wait can take even longer carts cannot be taken out of store so if you purchase more than you can carry and are alone you will have to figure out how to get it all to your vehicle."
