"Returned jacket purchased at the legends that did not have a tag on it when I purchased. Manager told me she was too busy to call to speak with the other manager for a refund even though I had the receipt. Also too busy to help me locate the item in her own store. Very poor customer service!"

"The store is huge and has a great selection. It's always really hot in this one though no matter what time of year it is, never got that but I come back every time. Prices and sales are always good and I find that this one stays really organized. Items are generally very easy to find and we love coming here. One if our favorite stores."
