"These are nice, quiet, one bedroom, apartments. The property manager, George, is friendly, efficient, and professional. Maintenance is quick. They leave their work area and floor clean after doing any work."
"The new owners and maintenance is amazing. They have put so much hard work into improving this place and they are just getting started. I don’t have any issues but if you are they are quick to fix it. And the new floors, cabinets and everything are simply BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend to anyone! These won’t stay empty long"
"I've done some cleaning work here at South Creek for the last several years, but have recently moved in to one of the newly renovated apartments here. The new owners have been working hard at turning this place around since previous owners. Things seem ro be going smoothly . So far anything I've needed taken care of has been in a timely fashion. George, the property manager ,who I've known a long time, is the best! He is very pleasant, and helpful, and love him dearly. The tenants who I've met all seem nice, and look out for one another. The place is pretty quiet. Glad i made decision to move here :)"
"I have lived here for 6 months and I couldn't be happier. Management is great, the apartments are very nice, affordable, it's safe, not far away from shopping, and clean. I have some great neighbors. Any time I have needed something from management, my needs were met. My family and I are will be very happy to call South Creek home for a long time."
