"Marion Park is such a nice place to live! From the amenities to the layouts, I couldn’t ask for more-especially with the price and location! I live in a two bed with my partner and our fur babies, who love it just as much. It’s a comfy place to call home before we can purchase an actual house. We’ve lived on this street for three years and have almost no complaints. The dog park and field next to the complex have been great for our dog, August! There’s plenty to do since we’re in the middle of town, and with Apartment Life team, I have tons of stuff to do even when i’m at home! Baylor is awesome as well, he has responded quickly and kindly to anything i need. Sound/noise isn’t too bad either, it’s apartment living so i understand that noise travels. The most i hear is traffic, and the occasional living from neighbors, but it doesn’t bother us really. I couldn’t express more love for the home we have, and hope anyone who moves in has the same experience."
"I moved into Marion Park as my first experience in apartment living and it was a great experience! Claudia and all of the staff were great communicators and effective at their jobs. This area is safe and patrolled routinely. Even at night things feel safe and the community is very pleasant. There were no smell, rodent, or maintenance issues. Living at Marion Park was very pleasant and I would 10/10 recommend it!"

"The new owners were really friendly and care about the residents. The apartments look great and the location (just off Sunshine and Kansas) is super convenient. My only complaint was parking, but if you're home at a decent hour you won't have to worry about that."
