Independence Ridge Apartments

"Been here for a month so far and it's great! Move in process was made easy by the office ladies, Amanda helped us and she is great. Any problems we have had have been fixed in less than 24 hours!"

"I want to say thanks to Independence Ridge, for a great move in experience! Abbey and Amber in the office have both been so nice, friendly, and welcoming. I feel like I'm a valued resident. Amber showed me an apartment, she let me know when one was coming up, since I definitely wanted one on an upper floor. And my apartment, I was very pleasantly suprised at the size of rooms, closet and cupboard space! Also if nothing else, they have the best cleaning company around! This place was spotless at move in, which is important to me. Recently my dishwasher went out, nobody's fault. They ordered a new one, and it was installed, all in 2 days. I moved here from Colo Spgs, and I tell ya what, you want a shock? Move there where 1 bedroom apartments very similar to this one, except rooms not as big, START at $1400/mo. All around a very positive experience here, thank you!"

"Independence Ridge Apartments is the absolutely worst apartment I have ever lived in, it is full of roaches, I had black mold when I moved in and a leaking pipe that wasn’t fixed for at least a month. Currently I have a flooded apartment with soaking wet carpets from a busted pipe that took them 2 1/2 hrs to turn off, and I am being told that these conditions are livable by this unprofessional rude management that clearly does not care about their tenants!!!!! They refuse to give me a hotel room, or another unit, or out of my lease. I was told that this would be fixed the day of, but it is now day two and my floors are still sloshy and very wet. At this point the roaches are more pleasant than the management!! Also I still have no running water and not even a fan on the floor to dry it. I am almost 5 months pregnant and don’t know what to do I can’t live in these conditions and can’t get out of this lease, any advice?"

"Worst place ever and extremely unsafe place to live. I had to move due to a sexual assault. Came to the office straight from the hospital to inform them and was told it wouldn't be an issue to leave. Well, after checking my credit, they have charged me with about $4,000 worth of fake fees. My apartment was left move-in ready aside from the horrible closet doors that always fell off. My case as even on the news, and they never put up warning notices for the residents to be careful in the parking lots. If you value your safety, avoid this complex!!"
