"This morning I witnessed what seemed to be a manager berate their employee who was currently handling the hostess position for making an extra to go coffee to avoid accidentally handing the customer the wrong cup bc it wasn’t labeled. I want this manager to be aware that customers don’t appreciate listening to you berate your employees especially when the hostess did the correct thing in that situation to insure the customer got what they ordered. You clearly do not have the temperament required for the position you’re in. Check your attitude, treat your employees with kindness, and understand that mistakes do happen even if that is NOT what happened here this morning. It was extremely excessive and downright MEAN. Leave the nice tall blonde lady alone because she did a great job handling someone else’s mistake."
"The service was good and the food looked great however, once I cut into my pancakes, unfortunately I found a very long strand of hair in my food. I was so hungry but of course I lost my appetite afterwards. Sometimes things like this happens. I won't say that I won't go back but I definitely pay attention to food when I'm eating anyhow. Staff was pretty nice and was aware of the strand of hair also."
"I came in this morning for breakfast and was helped by Echo. I hope I am getting her name right. She was friendly and so hard working. The food was excellent. This was my first breakfast being back in the states after 3 years of living abroad and everything about it was perfect. I got the spicy poblano omelette with hashbrowns. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Echo was the only server, it was very early, but she was so fast and attentive and friendly to everyone who was there."
"Ihop is our "go to" for a good breakfast anytime of the day. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family, most times remembering our orders. Michael and Clinton are the best! Thanks guys for what you do."
