"I tried calling them to ask about a quote they had produced for my property manager stating that both the thermostat and control board needed to be replaced, and before I could get four words into my question they guy hung up on me. Very unprofessional, and probably not trustworthy either. EDIT: My question was that I wanted to know how they were able to determine that both the thermostat and the control board had failed, as it is very unlikely that both components would fail simultaneously. UPDATE: Turns out it was just a bad thermostat. Do not trust this lying pos!"
"Top notch service. Mini-split was replaced in a timely manner during January 2024 sub zero temperatures. Environmental Heating and Cooling Owner gave us options for repair or replace. The price for a new unit seemed reasonable and since parts for the 10 year old unit were not readily available we went with a new install. Highly recommended and will definitely call again when the need arises."
