"The room was nice. The breakfast was good. I appreciated the optio of having protein and not just carbs. That being said, the waffles were great. They also had fresh fruit. They have a pool and a hot tub, both working. This does not seem to happen often. The best part of the stay was the friendliness and kindness of the workers."

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and chose this hotel! It was really close to the Centerline complex! ( by total accident) The man at the front desk was very friendly and the hotel was very accommodating! Hot breakfast was decent. ( it's hotel breakfast if you want great hit IHOP or waffle house ) waffles, sausage patties, eggs patties, biscuits and gravy. Cereal, bagels, and fruit. Rooms were clean, water was hot, beds and pillows were comfortable, pool area was small but really nice! Chlorine was a bit strong but I'd rather it be sanitary and safe. I'd chose to stay here again!"

"The hotel is conveniently placed near the intersection of I-70 & 7 hwy. There are shops within walking distance, and Walmart delivers. I was impressed that the continous traffic noises outside don't make it inside. From the pool area you'd never guess the highway and the Interstate were so close. I just had a lovely breakfast here. They have a great continental breakfast bar with waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, biscuits, fluffy French toast, good coffee, and delicious orange juice. I have very much enjoyed my stay. The king room I have is extra comfortable, and very quiet. The staff are gracious, welcoming, and very attentive. This SureStay ranks higher for me than many of the hotels I have visited both in the US, and in Europe. It's currently ranked two stars as opposed to world famous four star accommodations, but I think that's wrong. It's an easy three stars, before factoring in the excellent staff, and the affordability of a stay. I could easily pay double what this is costing me at other local spots, and not feel as safe, nor half as appreciated. 5/5 stars would highly recommend."

"First off the pictures online are deceiving. We stayed on the 3rd floor with our dogs and the first thing I noticed when walking into the hotel was the weird smell, continued throughout and in the rooms. The towels had bleach stains and loose strings all over like they had been through some stuff, also had a strange smell. Huge gap at the bottom of door so you could hear everything in the hall. Vent in bathroom was full of dust like it had never been cleaned, lots of loose broken things like on the AC unit, light in bathroom, remote control for tv was missing the back. Splatter stain on the ceiling above bed, dusty cobwebs in corners of ceiling walls. Definitely felt like the landlord special. To be honest I felt really icky being there, luckily it was just for one night and we had to get back on the road early in the morning. Not a pleasant stay, skipped breakfast due to awful reviews and funny smell."

"Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was good, more than just bagels and juice like other places I've been to. I liked the hot tub but sadly it was closed on our last day so we only got to enjoy it once. Our room keys repeatedly stopped working and we had to get new ones at least 3 times during our two-night stay. Staff were helpful and got new ones made right away every time. Within walking distance of several restaurant options as well as within walking distance of the event center where the wedding was held that we came for. Overall great experience."
