"I have just renewed my third lease . I could not be happier here. The staff are kind and professional. They succeed in making it feel like a community, a place to get to know your neighbors and call home. They have wonderful, thoughtful social events every month, adding to the existing list of great amenities that are already in place. The few times I have needed maintenance the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours and always respectful to my home. The resident portal app is easy to navigate and convenient. I appreciate that everything is communicated to residents, monthly news letter, package arrivals, office hours, extreme weather updates. Located just a few miles from about every store or eatery you need but built far enough off main roads that you are not hearing or worried about through traffic. Quiet and safe. I only take the time to post a review when it is positive and after enough time to be able to see the consistency of the service provided. If you are looking for a short term or long term rental to call home I sincerely suggest coming by to meet the staff and take a tour."

"I've been a resident at Orchard Park Apartments for little over a year and I've enjoyed it very much! They work with you to make sure you have the best living experience possible. With access to an outdoor pool, workout gym, playground, and bus stop all is provided for a great price. They're even building more apartments on the property with updated rooms! I love living here, it's awesome!"

"My husband and I have lived here for about 9 months and absolutely love it. It is clean, there is security, gorgeous amenities, and it is overall a safe and friendly neighborhood. I never hear my neighbors (good thing), most people respect rules such as smoking, dog walking rules, quiet hours, etc. The pool is large and beautiful, there is a wonderful, clean dog park, basketball court, and tennis court. While any apartment of this size is going to have its issues, the pros completely out weigh the cons. The only reason the rating here is low is because typically only the people who want to complain leave reviews. Hopefully this changes! In the last 5 years we have lived in 3 other apartments in Springfield and this has been by far the highest quality living, especially for the price."

"Orchard Park Apartments is the home I didn't know my family needed. When we moved across state from a TINY country town, we were very nervous about living in a community in the "big" city. Immediately it felt like home. We have lived in a 4th floor 3bd and are currently in a 1st floor 4bd smart and both experiences have been incredible. Even with 4 kids ranging in age of 6 to 15 and two very large dogs, we still don't feel cramped. The property manager Blake, his entire office crew and maintenance staff have been extremely professional, accommodating and very KIND. The amenities are AMAZING. Their monthly customer appreciation events are always a blast. We have made several great friendships with other tenant families. Our kids love the theatre, playground, pool, picnic areas and the giant landscaping rocks. We also are in one of the best school districts in the state (Willard) which I also can't rave about enough. We just signed our 3rd lease with OP and can't imagine going anywhere else soon. We have made so many memories here. Sorry for picture overload but I really want to convey how life changing it has been in this home. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone."
