"If you need your hair done, go see Grace. I trust Grace with my hair like I trust my parents with my son! Seriously, amazing! If you want a facial, go see Michelle. She takes amazing care from start to finish and you leave feeling absolutely amazing! The entire salon is beautiful, clean, and all the staff is friendly."
"Worst up-do of my life. Was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and we all went to River Blu for up-do’s and it was so bad. The stylist curled my hair then pulled back the top half of my hair into a topsy turvy pony tail. Looked nothing like the inspo pic I showed her. I told stylist my hair has a hard time holding curls. She did not use any products or hairspray. My curls fell and I had straight hair by the end of the night. I was expecting a bit more from a professional hair service that cost nearly $100. I could have done a half up pony tail myself. I was expecting my hair to be pinned back with bobby pins. And for the stylist to use a crimper at my roots for extra texture and volume. You’d be better off doing your own hair rather than going here."
"I’ve gotten one massage here and one haircut. Friendly and helpful staff all throughout. Grace did a wonderful job on my hair, gave me exactly the cut I asked for, and gave me helpful styling tips. Will be back next time!"

"Loved my time at River Blu! I was staying at attached St. John's historic hotel & had a spare hour! Enjoyed a gel pedicure, eyelash and eyebrow tint. Staff called my room early to see if I wanted to move up my time which I was totally happy to do! Very thoughtful as I was just staying upstairs in hotel. Pedicure was fantastic, staff were simply lovely. Clean, beautifully staged & decorated, so many spa options to choose from and friendly beautiful staff."
