"The pharmacist seems upset and bothered by questions, his customer service is not great, I'm most likely going to go back to Walgreens in Hastings. One of the female workers in the back is similar to the pharmacist, they seem so bothered by me even stopping by for my prescriptions. I was so excited to have a pharmacy close to home but the vibes are just awful."

"This has consistently been the worst pharmacy to deal with for well over a year. I'm a patient person and I understand that medication shortages are par for the course, but I have been lied to repeatedly that they don't have my prescription on file or my doctor hasn't reached out when I have written proof that that isn't true. If you need a medication consistently, they're completely unreliable."

"For the most part they have been good. Three days ago they told me my scripts would be ready by Wednesday. Come back Wednesday and of course not ready. They ask me to wait 10min. So 20 minutes go by and go to get them and was told others where getting shots so I had to wait another 10 minutes. So basically I waited an hour to receive my scripts not customer service."

"The staff at the Red Wing, Minnesota CVS are wonderful. Always helpful, courteous, and unfortunately constantly having to apologise for the CVS phone system and auto refill system. The reason for the loss of a star is because of the phone system and automatic refill system that will 1) text me to refill too early so not covered by insurance, and 2) text me that my refills are ready when the CVS Red Wing staff hasn't even received notification to refill them. I always call before picking up prescriptions to ensure they are ready and not rejected by insurance for refilling too soon. The staff at CVS in Red Wing are wonderful, so as long as they continue to do the great job they do making up for the shortfalls at CVS corporate, I will continue to use CVS in Red Wing. People make the difference. I hope CVS appreciates them."

"This is a great service. Yes, I did have to wait about 40 minutes when I got a flu shot last fall, but these folks have no way of knowing how many people will just show up, like I did, during business hours. Today I got a shot of the new shingles vaccine. My wait? 5 minutes. And the guy who gave me the shot was so good at it that I didn't even realize that he was finished! Great service and great value. I'll be back."
