"I went in needing a crown and was tested for high blood pressure . I explained to them I have been working with my doctor for years with medication and but still have high blood pressure. I offered to give them a letter from my doctor saying it was ok to give me Novacaine but they refused to help me . Just so you know when you truly need help from this dentist they will not help you."

"REFRESHING CLEANING APPOINTMENT AT BLUFFSIDE DENTAL. I had a great experience at Bluffside Dental! The front office staff was very helpful in working around my schedule to get me in for their first available appointment. They even followed up when a client cancelled to see if the open time slot would work for me! At my appointment, the dental hygeneisit took great care of me. She was easy to talk with, skilled at her craft and made me feel at ease while cleaning my teeth. The Dentist came in with a friendly, positive attitude when the hygeneisit was done cleaning. He went over my x-rays and the hygienist report with me. Dr. Berger was extremely informative and detailed regarding my dental plan. I appreciated his energy for my future well being. "This dentist has a "His way or the Highway" attitude. I always thought the patient has a say in treatments, x-rays, etc. NOT HERE! I had a tooth with a cavity, which he fixed. Said tooth began to hurt a month prior to my next cleaning. I was told the only way I will be seen by him (cleanings, oral exams, or to even discuss things) is to have a full panoramic digital x-ray done. I have always had the bite wing x-rays. I feel they are sufficient. Because I refused his panoramic x-ray, I was not seen by dentist and was asked to find another dentist. He obviously will not stand behind his work. My suggestion is to steer very clear of his practice."
