"Ordered once. Everything went great and shipping immediately. Ordered again and waited 17 days because they did not ship. Contacted by email and chat several times with no response. Had to file a claim against credit card to receive refund of large order due to no response at all. Very disappointing. Gave TWO STARS only due to one order going smoothly."
