"My truck engine cover was damaged during a routine oil change and the dealer did not let me know. If I hadn't popped the hood the next day to check the oil level myself, I would not have known about the damage. It seems like they were hiding it from me and hoping I wouldn't notice. They took responsibility after I brought the vehicle back, but do not have the part to replace and there is no communication on the status of the part unless I call them weekly for an update. They do not seem to be in any sort of hurry to make this right for me. They are the ones that DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. Do not take your vehicle here for service unless you are okay with it being damaged."
