"Car had extended crank to start, got a tuneup, etc. They said the car was good to go and they had no problems starting it after their tests. Picked it up and within the day had extended crank time and less than a week it won’t start. They want me to bring it back in for additional tests and charges. Why would you let the car leave your garage knowing the problem wasn’t solved? Don’t have the time, money or patience for people who do business like this. Go somewhere else."
"FANTASTIC SERVICE!! In March of 2022, Auto Lab replaced a front axle seal in my Fusion. About a week ago, I noticed that my transmission was starting to shift hard between gears and I realized that I had transmission fluid on my driveway. I called Auto Lab and explained the situation. They had me bring it in the next day at 9am. By 2:30 pm, the same day, they called me to let me know that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up and that everything was covered 100% under their 2-year parts and labor warranty!! Simply Amazing!! I am so impressed with their honesty and that they were able to fix it in such a short time. Unfortunately, the seal that they used in March 2022 was a defect and not their fault at all. This was one of those situations where it’s not the expense of the part, but the cost of labor to fix it and they did it with a smile. Everyone was very nice from start to finish, and I highly recommend."
"Fantastic place. Called to get an exhaust issue checked. Made an appointment for 9:00am the next morning. By 9:35am, they had it diagnosed, direct fit replacement parts located locally and quoted for completion the same day. My car (2009 Nissan Versa Hatchback) was good as new by 2:15pm."
"I needed my loud exhaust looked at for an estimate. Many places told me I needed an appointment days out with a fee to be put towards the labor. They took a quick look and listen then and there, told me to come back the next day and I had it fixed in a couple hours. Very nice also!"
