"I have always had great experience with the team! At first I struggled with one of the doctors, we just didn't fit well together, but when I switched to Dr. Davis as my primary everything fell into place. I am also an ovarian cancer patient and they are willing to work with my oncologist on forwarding reports and ultrasounds when ever they are preformed. I am so glad I switched to this office just before I got pregnant with my first born."

"I will say my pregnancy care was generally very good. Dr. Davis and many of the other clinicians were great. There were several appointments where I waited for over 15-20 minutes to be seen for 2. My delivery doctor did a great job during but was not great in office. Again, I did feel I received generally great prenatal care from several clinicians, other than the long waits. That being said, I’ve had several negative interactions with both the office staff and one particular clinician staff. In one instance, my former OB clinician, Brittany I believe, told me - in short- that the side effects from my relatively new birth control were in my head. In my handful of visits, she made several other judgmental comments and was not able to successfully remove my arm implant/birth control that caused negative side effects that were “in my head.” Dr. Davis actually had to assist removing and did so almost immediately. Brittany tried several times, meanwhile a resident looked on making an obnoxious and ill informed comment, which I - not she- had to correct. The office staff, upon asking for a payment plan from an surprise insurance adjustment, was condescending and rude, interrupting me multiple times and offering poor customer service in general. Payment plans are a very common and easy component of care in other system. It help families manage a bill - especially an unexpected adjustment (though this was not this offices fault). Finally, my last visit with the mentioned Brittany she diagnosed me with a minor condition and recommended a $75+ medicine to treat. My next appointment, I saw a different clinician- who was nice but very green - and she informed me it could be managed with a $5 OTC treatment… which so far has been helpful. I am sad to no longer see Dr. Davis - but I’m very comfortable switching back to Bronson’s care at this point. I would not recommend this practice."

"I have been coming to this practice since the birth of my son, 12 years ago. I absolutely LOVE this office and the care I receive. I'm currently on my 3rd pregnancy, and this one has been a little more eventful.....every provider in the office has made me feel completely cared for. They take time to answer my questions and help calm my worrying mind. The front desk staff always greets me with a smile and they are always very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional prenatal care."
