"As most of the reviews I have read here the billing department does a poor job. I just called the billing department and asked why I received a collections letter for $16.42. I asked them when I was sent a bill, they said it was in September, I asked them when insurance paid them they said in September and October, I have a supplemental insurance company that takes usually 45 days or a little more to pay claims so if I pay a bill before it is processed through secondary insurance it just creates a headache to sort out. I also asked why in the world in this day and age of fraud what makes them think I am going to pay a bill from a text message sent to me from some random number claiming to be a medical provider, that is absurd and that practice should be eliminated immediately."

"Absolutely terrible. This billing department is the worst I have ever met in 79 years. Is a 3 year old child operating it or someone with a serious brain injury?They occasionally send a message by text demanding a payment of so many dollars, no details. Most of the time they don’t bother. The just send a collection letter demanding payment. I received a collection letter on Nov 19th demanding payment for a bill which I paid on August 3rd by check, which was cashed by them on August 13th. This gas happened time and time again with this company and I see it has happened to many others too. My intention is to report them to the Better Business Bureau and also to write to the administrator at Hillsdale Hospital, Hillsdale, MI asking them to stop using Premier or I will go elsewhere. I am sick and tired of our mail person thinking that I don’t pay my bills."

"I genuinely don’t understand how this place has not been sued and how it continues to operate. Like every other review on here, I receive a collections letter in the mail for $19 after NEVER receiving a single bill in the mail. I read all of the reviews on here and realize they apparently do this to everybody. I call, the lady claims they sent a statement in august (which was just 1 text message that brought me to a website that did not tell me how much I owed and just said make a payment). How do you pay something when you don’t know how much you owe? They never sent a thing in the mail. So I tell the lady on the phone this and explain that they clearly do this to everybody considering the amount of Google reviews for the SAME thing, and I ask why they do this to people instead of just sending the bills, and she says “uhm well we do send our bills. Do you want to make a payment or not.” Well, clearly they don’t send their bills and this place should not be allowed to operate still."

"Not sure how these people continue to operate. I’ve paid the bills I received. They can’t figure out my insurance, so I keep getting more bills from them. Have been back and forth for literally a year and debt collectors are sending me mail now. These people are a joke. I would avoid their service at all costs. No competence, the patient is left to sort it out."

"Similar experience to what has already been reviewed. Received a collection notice before receiving an actual bill. I then received the bill AFTER the collection agency letter. I paid the Premier Radiology bill I received. However, I received another collection agency bill soon after. I emailed Premier Radiology to see why I was still receiving a bill from a collection agency. No respones from them. I mean, come on, how hard is it to respond to an email? EDIT: I did get a response to my email and they were helpful in resolving the billing issue. However, I received another bill from the collections agency, which when I followed up they said was a mistake."
