"Made appointments for a Saturday then tried to call about issues we were having getting there on time. My wife made her finger printing appointment and was hoping to fit me in when the rudest woman told her she was not obligated to answer phones on Saturday. If that's the policy then fine but please state so somewhere so we could have made other arrangements. The woman was so rude I would rather travel 4 hours in any other direction than go back."
"I had fingerprinting done at this location with the owner, Rick. The staff up front were so friendly. The building is clean and new and comfortable even if a little small. "Was seriously in there less than 10 minutes. Needed a draw for food sensitivity test and loved that walk-ins are welcome here! Didn't notice the name of the woman who took care of me, but she was super nice and even asked how I tolerated blood draws (which I do fine with). She was also quite skilled with the drawing of the blood. Didn't poke me more than once and didn't hurt me. It was a little bit of a drive for me since there aren't many locations in the area that handle MRT kits, but was well worth it because of the speed and ease of the process here. I will definitely come back if I ever need any other blood draws done."
"Drove an hour and a half for a drug and TB for my job, shady looking place first of all. They were only able to do drug testing since the phlebotomists were in the hospital and I was told to come back next week. Called 3 times to make sure they had someone available and no one answered. I drive an hour and a half there to find out TB testing is only done on M,T,W, and F. Thank you for wasting my gas, you know, some people are tight on money. I would’ve gone to another place if this wasn’t the only available option my job offers."
