Learning Tree Child Care Center- South

"0 stars!!!! Dirty facilities. I would often walk past the infant room with babies just laying on the floor crying while the staff stand around on their phones. Rude staff , Especially Jen and Brenda, if you ever need an issue resolved they are never willing to help you. My son went there for 2 years and hated every minute of it. My son was picked on my another child repeatedly and I informed the staff of this and nothing was done. When my son finally defended himself he is the one who got in trouble. My son was touched inappropriately by this child and nothing was done. I would NEVER recommend this place for any child. Bathtooms are filthy, halls are never clean. Staff is never friendly. I once had a staff member named Jenn hold her finger in my face and told me she can not handle my son's situation because it was getting too late and she had somewhere to be. So glad my eyes were opened and we left this awful place. WAY over priced for absolutely no reason. I was able to find much more affordable childcare in a much cleaner nicer facility. The Learning Tree South is a disgrace to childcare."

"Not happy with the quality of service. Both the teachers and administration seem to be making it up as they go (no formal policy and procedures are provided) and are very confrontational. They are not giving our child adequate naps despite multiple conversations. They're not happy with an Urgent Care doctor's review of a potential illness and think they know better."

"My daughter went here for a year, it was our first experience at a daycare and we didn’t have anything to compare it to, but the staff turnover was crazy and communication was horrible. We weren’t notified of a teacher change in her classroom, and they went through 4 teacher changes in 12 months. The two directors always seemed disinterested in us as a family. There were two teachers that were amazing with my daughter, and she was never even in their class. The projects and crafts weren’t organized at all and were just cutting bits of paper up, I don’t think my daughter got anything out of them, or enjoyed them at all. They boast the communication through the app, but it is down a lot and they skipped posting pictures 2-3 days/week. My daughter didn’t touch their food, and your not allowed to send anything of your own."

"For the last couple of years my daughter has attended school here and we’ve been very happy. She’s now 5 and will be sad to leave her teachers. Miss Melissa and Miss Jessica are flat out the best! They’re always friendly, smiling, and comforting. You know they’re great when your kid looks forward to seeing them each morning. I feel safe and have peace of mind sending my daughter here and that’s priceless."

"We have been at Learning Tree for almost 5 years and we've been very happy there. The teachers develop strong and caring relationships with the kids. Healthy, organic food is provided for every meal and snack. My daughters teacher Ms. Kelly is one of our favorites! We've been lucky and have had her for 2 classes so my daughter has known her for a few years. It makes a huge difference when the teachers stay pretty consistent. We have had a lot of change in teachers that has been hard on the kids occasionally but Ms. Kelly has been a reliable and wonderful presence!"
