"Office manager Heidi gave me the wrong info on covid cdc guidlines. Talked to me as if she was speaking facts when she was just twisting a narrative to her favor. Its amazing what some people do to avoid doing work. You can have great doctors or NP's but if you have below par office support staff that takes away from the service people are receiving from M15 urgent care."
"Dr. Shelly Littleton cares, however the office staff sucks. I have been waiting for three weeks on my cat-scan results. I will adding M-15 to the sue list if my problems worsen because of their neglect. This is the kind of practice a third world nation exhibits...hence the owner. Do yourself a favor, and find another medical facility that cares about American patients. It is funny now days how medical facilities do not take responsibility for their staff actions as they do not perform their job. This facility never called back nor left a text. I called several times to leave a messages for Shelly, there was no call back because the facility was ashamed they lost another doctor. They don't have the balls to say she had left. Most of this blame has to do with the new hire who answered the phone and did not pursue my request, knowing she blew it off with an attitude of not being caught. Sorry, Ahmed Arif is not American born...and as for serving the community... M15 has a bad reputation of customer service...as stated by long time residents of Ortonville. Ahhh! The truth hurts!"
"Literally a godsend! The office team is amazing and kind and Dr. Sandy gave me quick and efficient care. If I have any minor injuries again I would go back here!"
"Went in for two different symptoms. Waiting room was busy and I was told the wait would be long ( no big deal ) professional friendly staff took care of my needs. I will definitely return in the future. Don't let the negative reviews make your decision. I am a first time patient pleasantly surprised."
