"I would like to preface my review by stating that my children have been patients at this office for 8 and almost 6 years. Up until now, we have had very minimal complaints. Dr. Pasia always runs late-no big deal, she's nice and the kids like her. We love NP Barb. What we don't like is the receptionist, Michelle, who we're always greeted with, with an attitude, who is never willing to help, and has been known to hang up on you while you're still speaking. Their old receptionist, Lisa, was amazing. I am SO SAD that my children will not be able to see their long time Dr or nurse practioner anymore because of the attitude, actions, and unwillingness to help of the receptionist of this office. I'm also sad that I can no longer recommend this establishment, because I don't want anyone else to have to encounter her nonsense."

"*I would like to preface this as I do not tend to leave bad reviews often* I had my daughters 2 month appointment scheduled on December 27, 2022. Before this appointment she ended up getting sick with a fever of 102, I called the office as soon as they opened at 8am getting greeted with the “medical staff not being in yet” I was told I would get a call back once they arrive. I ended up calling yet again at 10:30 when the “medical staff” were on a different call. Yet again they hung up stating they would call me back, which they did. They had me administer an at home Covid test to an 8 week old (not very professional as to I’m not a trained professional in administering these types of test to infants who squirm and move their head vigorously). Sadly the test did come back positive. So we rescheduled the 2 month appointment, which is fine due to Covid being contagious up to 5 days. However, with this all happening over the phone I double and triple checked the date of the appointment multiple times which was confirmed for January 4 2023 at 10:30. When I got there today the reception told me that I got the date wrong and that it was actually scheduled on January 6th 2023. She than proceeded to see if I could get in today. Which would have been fine, however when she went to go check with the medical staff I could hear everything that was being said which includes “she only live in Goodells which is only 20 min away.” That information was incorrect as I just recently moved to Clinton TWP. So I asked for the records transfer papers work. Once given the paperwork the receptionist closed the glass than proceeded to talk bad about the situation which again was heard clearly behind the wall. Very unprofessional. On a different side note the only medical staff that I found to be kind and have wonderful bed side manners was the nurse practitioner Barb. Everyone else was distant and unwelcoming which was concerning as a young first time mother. This is why I will not be recommending this office to any of my fellow friends in the area."

"I am mom to a brilliant 7 year old girl. During our last visit her weight was brought up. I told the doctor that her and I could discuss that and that I would send my daughter to the waiting room. I have really worked hard to encourage her self esteem and one of my biggest fears are developing body image issues. Instead of complying with my request she told me that what she was saying wasn’t anything she wouldn’t say in front of any other patient. She then proceeded to mention how much weight was gained since the last visit. I was not denying issues or concerns . I was making a request for the sake of my 7 year old. I felt totally disrespected as a mother and decision maker."

"Best pediatrician and adolescent care providers in the entire Bluewater area. They care about their patients and it sincerely shows. My children have been going here for nearly 8 years. It means a lot that they fit my daughter in at the last minute, without an appointment, because she was not feeling well."
