"I have suffered with endometriosis for 25 years. I had put off facing it because I was told from another doctor that the test they ran came back negative leaving me feeling gutted. I came here back in November the doc ran more test and concluded that I do indeed have all the signs and symptoms of endo. I cried because finally I had some answers. It's the beginning of my journey. I worked with Michelle for all my billing and insurance issues. She helped me every step. She deserves an award as my insurance gave us both hell. "I’m sorry but it’s no way my appointment is at 12pm arrived at appointment 30mins early and I’m still waiting in the lobby an hour later but if I’m 15mins late I have to reschedule my appointment Update after visit: Dr Etemadi was excellent very informative. The staff was great as well it was just the time I had to wait to be seen. Read another review and the reply was that because she was a new patient maybe send out new patient paperwork before the first visit would be help. Other than that I was satisfied with Dr Etemadi."
"They do not keep appointment times. Waited almost 40 min so I decided this place want for me. Update: As to this response. Other patients also left that day ahead of me as there were about 5-6 people waiting the entire time I was there. Chances are I would have had to wait 1-2 hours. “new patient” or not there’s a certain point where you have to take accountability for the fact that the system is inconveniently slow scheduling and data entry takes too long and it’s not fair to the patients. Speaking up about issues likes this in a review is helpful to people that can’t sit for 2+ hours, or have that kind of time to waste away in a waiting room. Please take the critique to better your office management and time scheduling rather than attack the messenger."
